Tasting Menu: 8 New Chefs, 8 New Plates at Ganzo
The second edition of 8Chefs presents new dishes and chefs that will stimulate your palate with a single menu at Ganzo. Eight chefs will present eight different dishes in a single fixe price menu on Saturday, March 20th. Each course will be paired with a wine specially chosen by our international team of sommeliers.
