Program Overview
In Fall 2011 Palazzi institutions Apicius, FUA and DIVA will be offering a unique program that will take place in both Florence and New York City and will regard all areas of special event production – event management, communications & public relations, food & wine management, art direction. Students may choose from 5 different areas of event organization and production. The real-life events that students will organize and produce under the supervision of Palazzi staff and faculty will take place in three prestigious NYC locations - James Beard Foundation, Astor Center, and De Gustibus at Macy's Herald Square.

Week 1, 2, 3: Florence, Italy
Week 4: NYC, USA
Week 5 - Online Exam Week
