COURSES AND CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS ABOUT TO START IN JANUARY
Palazzi welcomes the new year with a full month of January intersession classes, and our Spring Semester courses that start on January 31st. The spring schedule offers a rich selection of courses offered by all Palazzi departments and enrollments to professional certificate programs will be accepted up till mid-January. Palazzi Certificate offerings include Professional programs at:
APICIUS - International School of Hospitality - Studies are offered in business and hospitality, culinary arts, wine, journalism, communication, and publishing.
DIVA - Digital Imaging and Visual Arts - Studies are offered in digital photography, web design, graphic and eco-sustainable design.
FAST - Fashion and Accessories Studies and Technology - Studies are offered in fashion and accessory design, communication, and marketing.
IDEAS - School of Interior Design, Environmental Architecture and Sustainability - Studies are offered in Architecture, Design, and restoration.
APICIUS, FAST, and FUA School of Fine Arts collaborate to offer a one year certificate in publishing. The program consists of two semesters in which students attend core courses and short seminars divided into three concentrations - food, fashion, and art.
