Obama and the Global Economy

Join Professor Edward Deak from Fairfield University in Connecticut for an engaging seminar and forum on the economic and fiscal policies adopted by US President Barack Obama and the governmental entities operating during his term. Included topics include the economic crisis, Obama's stimulus plan, the actions and policies adopted by Obama and the US Federal Reserve, and ultimately the effects on the global economy and its growth in current times and forecasts for the future.
About the presenter:
Professor Edward Deak is a Professor of Economics at Fairfield University located in Connecticut, USA. He has extensively written about topics in economics pertaining to the US, the Northeast, and Connecticut. Ever since Obama's induction into the White House, Prof. Deak has closely followed the developments of the US economy under the direction of the current president and is furthermore an economic advisor to the state of Connecticut.
