Andrea Trapani, Executive Chef of Apicius, will host a 2 day culinary event at Washington State University in Pullman, WA. The event will begin with a chocolate themed workshop (chocolates and chocolate inspired risotto) at 6:00pm on the 27th, open campus wide as well as to the community of Pullman. The 28th, on the other hand, will involve a collaborative culinary effort to raise funds for future WSU students who wish to study abroad at Apicius. The event will feature Andrea's contemporary twist on Tuscan flavors paired with local wines from the Washington state area. For more information please visit the related link.
