Christina Kambanella is an Apicius Career Programs alum and currently is involved in the Apicius staff as a teaching assistant. We caught up with Christina to chat about her journey to Florence, involvement in the wine industry, and her collaboration with Ganzo. Christina, tell us about where you’re from and your academic background. Tell us, from an alum’s perspective, your experience as a wine studies student. What was your next step after the career program? What are your current duties at FUA? Tell us about your longterm goals. Check out Apicius Wine Department educational activities led by faculty and students at Ganzo such as Wine Club (3 Monday seminars per semester) and Wine Corner at the weekly aperitivo. Upcoming dates available at the Ganzo calendar.
